Massage Spa Dubrovnik

Before your treatment is due to start

We do not recommend eating a meal 2-3 hours prior to your treatment to avoid being too full during your visit.

If I’m running late, does it run into my massage time?

Depending on how busy the schedule of the therapist, it may cut into your massage treatment. So please make sure you are on time so you get your full treatment time. In the unlikely event you are running late, we ask you to send a text message / call to let us know.

After the session

The therapist will leave the room to allow you to take 5 minutes to slowly get up and dressed. If you wish to tip the therapist, please feel free to do so.

On arrival

Our friendly staff will show you to your treatment room where you will be provided with towels, these will be laid on the massage table for you to cover yourself with. The therapist will step out of the room to allow you to get undressed and comfortable. The therapist will re-enter once you are ready.<

Cancellation and amendments

In the unlikely event that your plans change and you wish to cancel your booking, here is our cancellation policy. When you make a booking, the therapist’s diary is blocked off for your time. This means no one else can make a booking during that period. Please respect the business and call / text us as soon as you know, as we have many customers on stand by.

Advanced booking

We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.

Cleanliness

Sterilization and sanitization of our equipment takes place after every service and treatment will ask all our customers to ensure a good level of personal hygiene.

Should I talk to the therapist during my treatment

It is best for you to enjoy your treatment with your eyes closed and relaxed, but of course, if you like to have a chat then why not! If you experience pain or discomfort during the session, please immediately inform the therapist so that pressure / strokes can be adjusted to your level of comfort.

Payment

All payments can be made by cash or credit card.

Arrival time

We suggest arriving at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Please respect your appointment time. Your treatment will end at its originally scheduled time to prevent a delay for the next guest.

During the session

Before session starts please make the therapist aware of any injuries and allergies you have. Please also make the therapist aware of areas of your body you’d like them to focus on. Feel free to communicate with the therapist to add more or less pressure – if you do happen to feel any pain during the treatment please inform the therapist immediately. Note that deep tissue treatment can incur moderate pain, which will subside after 24-48 hours.

How regularly should I have a massage?

Ideally you should have a massage once or twice a week to maintain a relaxed mind and body.

Health conditions

While making your reservation, kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your service.

Cellular telephones

Noise pollution adds to our everyday stress. In order to ensure tranquility and relaxation we request you to kindly turn off your cell phone.

I’m pregnant is it safe to have a massage?

Unfortunately, if you are in your first 3 months of pregnancy we are unable to offer you a full scale of our services. Pregnancy massage is a specialty and requires additional skills and qualifications. If you are more than 3 months pregnant we can offer you our massage service but suggest you have written approval from your doctor / GP.
